I’ve noticed that many bloggers do a visual feature on Fridays, perhaps because it’s the end of the business week and visitors have just enough energy to look at photos, but not enough to read posts. In any event, every week I spot beautiful finds on Etsy that simply beg to be shared with others, so I’ve decided to dedicate Fridays to treasuries I curate. The one below consists of handmade clay items that evoke autumn because of their colors. No surprise there, as it’s my favorite season!

As usual, click on the image to visit the treasury and individual listings.

As I glanced out my window this morning, I realized that today is the first day this fall that the leaves began to fall. The temperatures have been rather mild of late, definitely cooler, and the days are getting shorter, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. And of course some of the leaves are changing colors, with the treetops frosted in wonderful shades of gold, red and orange. As you might guess, autumn is my favorite season, and I celebrate it any way I can. Today I browsed through leaf-themed, handmade items on Etsy, marking the ones that seemed best to signify “the day the leaves fell.”

If you click on the image below, you’ll be taken directly to the treasury I curated on Etsy. From there, you can visit each shop and look at each image in detail. Enjoy!
